Valentine Dollar Tree project candy holder
Make fun Valentine's Day treat holder tags with this pattern cardstock.
Check out this easy project below. The tag is cut out using the smitten pattern paper and we used white cardstock for the backing. The container that was used was picked up at our local Dollar Tree. This is a great paper craft if you are in a hurry. I used my Cricut Maker to cut out the love you die cut. You can find the cut file in Cricut Design Space. The small heart in the middle of the 'O" was pop dotted on to give the die cut some more dimension. I then tied some red ribbon I had in my stash and attached it right under the lid. It would be fun to also put a heart or a kids name on the lid. You could use vinyl to personalize it.
Did you know that you can order online from Dollar Tree? I have heard of people running around from store to store in their area to find enough of one item to do a project. But you can save yourself time and gas money and order online from them.
I filled this sweet little bottle with some sugar covered cherry candy hearts that I found at the Dollar Tree as well.
I hope you enjoyed this quick project and please follow us on Facebook to know when are blog post come out for more Valentine's Day fun.
